This is a one-day activity offered to visitors who would like to have an enriching and more meaningful stay in the village. We welcome thousands of immersion participants each year from various schools, universities, local corporations and clubs.

Joining the immersion program is easy!

send an intent letter

Email us with your target date and expected number of participants. Let us know if you can stay for a whole day or just a few hours so we can plan your immersion accordingly.

wait for confirmation

Our immersion coordinator will review your request, get approval, and call/email you to confirm the details of your immersion day as well as any payment requirements.

show up for your immersion

Wake up bright and early on your immersion day and text our coordinator to confirm that you’re on your way. Make sure you have lots of energy to get the most out of the activities ahead.
